Fear

Hey all! I just wanted I would share a few of my thoughts with you. 

     Everyone has at least one fear whether they admit it or not. That doesn't mean they don't trust God, but what about fear of God? I think probably all of us have questioned him before about his plans; "Why is this happening to me?" "When is this going to end?" "Why haven't you saved me already?" but if we think about it, we aren't really in a position to ask him that. Especially if we tremble at the sight of harmless, tiny spiders or garden snakes, or even things much bigger and actually harmful like sharks or bears.

      No matter how scary or hurtful sharks can be, God is still more powerful. So how can we possibly question God who is much more powerful than anything else? He could do much worse, and yet we are still accusing him?

We should really be fearing him rather than anything else.

       Of course, the Lord is incredibly merciful, so he probably wouldn't punish us in any vastly terrible way just because we questioned his plans, but keep in mind that he could. 

        I just thought I would remind not only you, but also myself of who we are really talking to.
